I see quite a few people still using (and worse still, paying for) a untrustworthy repack, so thought I'd give it a spin myself... This is the readme for the pack, detailing the contents:

This pack is made with a up2date base game as of 11.12.2018, along with the components listed in credits, all up2date as of the same date. No added crap besides that. Enjoy!

If you have trouble starting the game, run 'Koikatsu Registry Fixer.bat' and start the game once through the launcher (initsettings.exe/initsettings_english.exe)

Updated in this release:
--> Added newest expansion and update
--> KK_BrowserFolders v1.1 added. Removed KKSceneBrowserFolders due to being superceded by this mod.
--> Better Color Picker v1.0 added.
--> Added UI Translation Hotfix by PolarManne to fix UI troubles after expansion.
--> Updated Anons "Sideloader Modpack"
--> Moved MoreAccessories to Optional as it breaks acc copying, move that file to BepInEx to use it
--> Added a few BGs
--> Added coordinates from the discord in an optional folder
--> Updated KK_ReloadCharaListOnChange to 1.3

There has been no modification done to the vanilla game files, nor included any self-promoting graphics. Just the fully upgraded base game with what mods I see as essential, and a few utilities for good measure and some BGs I like. I've included the card for the girl in the poster in case anyone wants it, some illusion made scenes from the Japanese Illusion scene downloading site and a folder of optional clothing coordinates from the discord as a few bonuses for those interested. They're all clearly marked so you can safely delete these if you want.

Yes. this includes the paid afterschool expansion and the xmas free update. :)

Nah i was just making sure, It did Include Latest update , Thanks .
but just to be sure, is this repack only need vanilla version of the game , or does it worked with other mods like the one from Hongfire ?
cuz i've already have one with hongfire, so im not sure if i want to put this repack together with my current game...

The current HF Patch breaks with the new DLC (not yet been updated to support the DLC to my knowledge), but most of what you need should be in this repack. (Translations, updates, and sideloader mods, along with what I think is the most useful plugins)
This download is the whole shebang, and should run without any HF patch or such. Some neat plugins have been coming out recently... when the updated moreacc plugin is available, I'll be repacking again, and creating a smaller transition pack for users that already have the release 2 with all the new stuff.

This is the whole game with all the newest updates and a lot of mods, so you should be fine with just this. There's been some new updated mods and such coming out since I released this pack, gonna have to make a update pack (smaller pack with just the updates for those that have this release, and a total updated repack for those that have yet to download this)... currently sick, so I can't get it out as fast as I'd like, but I'll get that done when I'm out of bed ;)
